PANCIT PICNIC

The Annual Pancit Picnic is the first event planned by our newly elected Executive Board!
​
Attendees enjoyed pancit, an essential dish at any Filipino fiesta. The dish was first introduced by Chinese Filipino settlers, and over time, it slowly integrated into traditional Filipino cuisine. Pancit typically consists of different rice noodles, shrimp, egg, pork, green onion, and shredded carrot.
